Can I put ALL the nuts and seeds I like in a single Blast?
Is there such a thing as getting TOO much of a good thing? I don't like to spend a lot of time prepping. I just want to throw ALL the things I like in the machine and make a smoothie. Can I put flaxseed, Hemp seeds, wheat germ, sesame seeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in with fruit and veggies in the same Blast?
