Can I put ALL the nuts and seeds I like in a single Blast?

Is there such a thing as getting TOO much of a good thing? I don't like to spend a lot of time prepping. I just want to throw ALL the things I like in the machine and make a smoothie. Can I put flaxseed, Hemp seeds, wheat germ, sesame seeds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in with fruit and veggies in the same Blast?

Dietitian's Answer

Short answer is yes you can add all of them in one Blast. However, it may be a better idea to know your specific nutritional needs and then space out those throughout the day. For example...if you need to consume 1500 calories in a day, then you may not want to make a 700 calorie Blast for one meal. Those are calorically-dense foods (as well as contain healthy fats and protein)...all of which are good - it's just nice to space out your energy intake throughout the day.
