Can I use flax seeds, chia seeds, and turmeric powder together in my NutriBlast?

Along with my veggies and should I do that every day?

Yes you can add them all to the same Blast. Flax and chia have similar nutritional properties so you may want to alternate those. I recommend variety so if you do it every day, then switch it up the following week so you can get a range on nutrients from different foods. If you are having issues with inflammation, then using turmeric each day may be a good idea.
