While most of the recipes in our first book suggest water, there are a few that include almond milk or brewed and chilled green tea. Over the years, dairy alternatives and other healthy beverages have become more widely available so we expanded our recipes to include these. Feel free to use any cold, un-carbonated beverage you'd like (no added sugar!!)
Regarding powders...we are advocates of whole foods first. Our superboosts are convenient ways to pack more nutrition into your Blast. They are not required, simply suggested as boosts when you feel the need.
