How frequently can we complete the 30 day transformation plan?

If you are feeling good and your doctor says you are healthy, I would continue the plan. You can make certain modifications, adding in more foods as needed, but if you are feeling good, then keep on going. I would suggest checking in with your doctor over the next few months to ensure you are maintaining your good health.
