What liquid would you suggest for a post-workout Blast?

Depending on what type of workout, your liquid may change.
For cardio, coconut water is "nature's gatorade".
For heavy lifting you may want to opt for a liquid with additional protein. Maybe some organic milk (for its whey protein), Greek yogurt, organic soymilk, etc.)
