Do nuts have to be soak before using in smoothies?

Will I ingest toxic or other dreadful stuff if I do not soak nuts , seeds, and grain before using them I smoothies.

No. Nuts contain phytic acid and when soaked this can be reduced, however, it is not required and it is not toxic.

With respect to Krista, I personally practice and recommend soaking all nuts and seeds from a few hours to overnight. This not only removes the phytochemicals but also enzymes we cannot easily digest. You can find a chart for soaking times on-line.
