Any benefits of mixing apple and 18oz of coconut water? How to improve it?

I have no idea what the bebfits are but i love this simple mixture. Or it has no nutritional benefits at all?

There is nothing essentially wrong with what you are doing. You are getting great hydration and electrolytes from the coconut water and fiber from the fresh apple. I would recommend adding greens or vegetables in there to beef up the fiber and nutrition.
