What is minimal amount of leafy greens you'd recommend to use?

There is really no minimal amount. We always recommend 1/2 cup to 1 cup of raw leafy greens for at least 1/2 a serving of vegetables in your day. This can provide the adequate amount of fiber and nutrients that you need.

If you do not like the taste, start slow and ease yourself into it. Start with 1/4 cup and then work your way to 1 cup.
