I have hemachromatosis, greens simply have to much iron for me, what do u suggest?

haemachromatosis and type two diabetes, so I worry about sugar consumption in the blasts and the dependency on greens as a base, even cacao powder is incredibly iron rich, what are your alternatives please

There is a great article about hemachromatosis:

While leafy greens have a lot of iron in comparison to other foods, meats have high amounts too. Leafy greens have a type of iron that is not absorbed as well as the type of iron that meats have. You can rest assure that you can continue to have your leafy greens in moderate amounts. Always check with your dietitian for more tailored plan for your current condition.
