In all our SuperFoods, we list out the ingredients. While we do not list the amount, our best recommendation is to use the Kosher version of the ingredients listed. For example, SuperFoods SuperGreens are made with spirulina, alfalfa, and wheat grass. You may not want to add all three however you can play around with a blend that you like.
