Are there recipes to alleviate diarrhea?

Dietitian's Answer

If you are experiencing diarrhea, your best bet is to decrease the volume of food consumed. You need to also understand the cause of the diarrhea. If you are experiencing a bacterial infection or a viral infection, you may want to see a doctor. If you are consuming the Blast and then experiencing diarrhea, you may want to change your recipe to see if you are intolerant of any ingredient.

In any event, we recommend seeing a doctor if your symptoms do not subside.

Today I added too much organic ginger root (about 4 tsp.) to my morning blast and it loosened the bowels considerably. I rebalanced my system with a cup or two of Vermont Home Remedy: water with apple cider vinegar and honey, a tsp to a Tbsp. of each, and of course both raw and organic. When I wanted to eat again I made the Nutribullet version of the BRAT diet of banana, apple and toast, as I am after total extraction of all teeth and on a liquid diet. (Bless my Magic Bullet!)
