Does the nutribullet break fresh fruits & veggies down enough for a low residue/low fiber diet?
I have been making a nutribullet smoothies with kale and other veggies, frozen fruit, greek yogurt for months. Now due to recurrent bowel obstructions, it has been recommended that i adopt a low residue/low fiber diet which basically eliminates fresh vegetables and most fruits. HELP! I can't believe i have to give up the healthy eating habits to be healthy. Can the nutribullet break down the fiber enough to have no more than 10-15 grams of fiber a day per day?
