There is no set amount of times you should detox during any period of time. After completing one cycle of detox, we recommend healthy eating and healthy balanced diet that includes a whole foods diet. Detox is a way to reset your body and introduce clean eating to your daily diet. We do not recommend relying on detoxification as a method to clean eating once in a while. Clean eating is great for most of the time while also enjoying your favorite foods. Before you know it, clean eating is your preferred method of choice!
