We have loads of recipes on this website and on our NutriLiving recipes app. As far as books go, there are so many out these days about healthy eating and how it affects us. I would suggest taking some time and heading to a book store to look through some they have to offer. There are books on vegetarian diets, clean eating, specific fad diets (which I don't recommend), cookbooks, and even great general info about the field of nutrition (such as Michael Pollen). I don't have any one favorite and my interests may be different than yours. There are various ways to be healthy! Overall, eat as close to the earth as possible (clean foods), don't eat too much, mostly plant-based with the right amount of macro and micronutrients to suit your personal needs.
