Is there a difference in nutrition when making soup from blended raw veggies before or after Blasting?
Is it the same to make a soupw ith the nutribullet 900 using those 2 different methods:
1- blend raw vegs and then heat it up (even for 20m to allow the pureed vegs to cook)
2- Cook vegs. Then, let it cool down. Blend an re-heat it up
I just wonder if cooking the vegs before or after blending will have an impact
