I have diabetes and also a thyroid condtion, am I going to have problems if I use kale, broccoli, etc...?

raw green veggies that i have now read, could further my thyroid problems?

Vegetables like kale and broccoli contain thylakoids that have known to affect those with thyroid condition. Check with your doctor prior to stopping or starting large doses of these vegetables. Because these vegetables are high in fiber and low in sugar, it should not spike your glucose unless you added other fruits that can increase your blood glucose.
