What foods should I personally eat?

Each person is unique so I cannot suggest specifics. However, in general, everyone should focus on whole, natural foods as close to the source as possible (Read "Not Processed") and focus on plant-based and if consuming animal foods, those that are lean and organic without added hormones or antibiotics.
