What is the best technique to blend/blast fermented food?

I want to use my new Nutribullet RX for blending fermented food (veggies, goat milk yogurt).
I am looking for recipes and also for suggestions regarding most fective techniques that protect good bacterias from destroying them.

Probiotics and fermented foods are best eaten whole as the NutriBullet most likely will render their benefits useless. However, prebiotics will withstand the blades so ingredients like chia and flax are still great healthful additions to a Blast and to a healthy gut.
