I mix hemp, chia, flax, and sometimes maca and turmeric with a shot of apple cider vinegar. Am I mixing too many things together?
I have been mixing hemp, chia seeds, and flax seeds in my shake with a shot of apple cider vinegar. I usually put these with fruits and Organic Super Greens. Also, I would take a turmeric pill and sometimes add maca powder instead of the flax. Am I combine too much and it can be harmful or have a negative interaction with each other?
