Is there a substitute for leafy greens?

Most of the recipes call for leafy greens. These are high in Vitamin k.

You can substitute any veggie of your liking in place of the leafy greens.

If choosing to avoid leafy greens due to blood thinners, talk w/ your Dr. about consistent consumption. He may be able to adjust your medication to accommodate eating these foods. We wouldn't want you to miss out on the health benefits they provide.
