In general, there are no foods that can recommend that will help with this one general function. However, over many years of research, scientists have found that healthy fats and vitamin C and E can improve brain function such as memory and help the brain for proper recovery.

The brain is made of protective layer such as the myeline sheaths that can benefit from healthy fats such as DHA. DHA is mainly from supplements and fresh fish.
