what smoothie can I make for bone health?
I am a 38 year old runner and recently I've had a couple of stress reactions in my pelvis. My bone density is low and I've also found out that my vitamin D levels are low too. I'd like to work out a smoothie which can help with this. I'm guessing that I need something with vitamin D and calcium. I'm also wondering what I need to include to make sure that my body can absorb these nutrients. Would really love some ideas - thank you!
