Is there a relief from indigestion with a Blast recipe?

There are several lifestyle habits that can cause indigestion:

Eating too much, eating too fast, eating high-fat foods, or eating during stressful situations
Drinking too much alcohol
Cigarette smoking
Stress and fatigue

I would recommend reviewing this list and minimizing those actions first. Healthy diet can help alleviate some of the indigestion however the lifestyle changes may be best to make changes to first.
