I'm allergic to coconut, what is a good replacement?

If you would like to replace coconut water, you can use water, nut milks, and cold brewed green tea.

If you are using coconut fats, try other seeds like flax seeds, chia seeds, and nuts that contain healthy fats or use a couple of slices of avocado.
