I can't use Coconut water or coconut oil. What can I use?

I follow the Eat 4 Your Type(Blood) Diet and for type A blood type, coconut water and oil is on the Avoid list.

If allowed on your plan, you can use other non-dairy alternatives like almond milk, cashew milk, rice milk, hemp milk, or nutbutters like almond butter, cashew butter, or perhaps sunflower seed butter.
