Why am I losing weight without changing my diet or exercise?
Over the past several months, I've lost about 6 lbs with no observable explanation. I exercise regularly, but haven't increased the amount. Nor have I decreased my food intake. This wouldn't phase me but I am already pretty borderline when it comes to the healthy vs underweight spectrum. I don't want it to continue to an unhealthy level, but I'm not sure what is causing it. It's also confusing because I know that I've visibly gained muscle, so shouldn't I have gained muscle weight?
