What substitutions can I make for pineapples, coconut, and almond milk?

For pineapples, try mangos or other tropical fruits.

Coconut water and almond milk substitutes can be water, cold brew tea or other low calorie liquids you'd like to include in your blast.

For coconut fats, try adding avocados, nuts and seeds for the healthy fats that coconut possess.
