I like my "smoothies" to be very liquidy instead of thick. Should I use more water and less

ingredients? And if I do use less ingredients will I still get the nutritional benefits? Also is a colossal cup considered (in serving size) 1 serving or two if you drink the whole thing? How do I keep the sugar content down while using so much fruit? I need to lose 20 lbs.
