It depends on what you are nutritional yeast for. Nutritional yeast has a great savory, cheesy taste therefore it is often a substitute for parmesan cheese for those who cannot have cheese. In that case, you may want to try Marmite but many people do not love it as much as Nutritional Yeast. For the B12 content, you can also try Brewer's Yeast. Again, it is not something many people like as much as they like Nutritional Yeast.
