What are good recipes for teens?

Almost any of the recipes you find on NutriLiving are good for teens too. However, you may wish to add in some additional calories and protein to meet their rapidly growing needs! Good options include nuts, nut butters, seeds, a quality protein powder (like our Superfood Protein Blend), cooked beans and perhaps some rolled oats or cooked quinoa.
