Is it ok to have a meal for dinner and then a NutriBlast about 2 hours later?

Dietitian's Answer

This would depend on your health goals and how big your dinner and Blast are. If trying to lose weight I wouldn't recommend adding additional foods on top of the food you consume in a day which could potentially exceed your daily calorie needs. If trying to lose weight I'd suggest using a Blast (with enough protein, fat and fiber to keep you full) as a meal replacement for dinner. If weight loss isn't a goal and you just want a tasty late night snack then it doesn't sound like it'd be a problem.
