How to make super smoothie without goitronens and fruit (can eat berries) and so it tastes god?
Hello from Denmark :-) Just bought my first nutribullet on my path to regain my health. I suffer from severe stress and hormonal imbalance. I also have borderline Hypothyroidism (not getting medicine yet). I try to eat hormone friendly...healthy fat and protein from morning til afternoon with no fruit. From afternoon I eat include carbs and a little fruit. This is to boost my serotonin and melatonin balance. How do I make super smoothies without goitrones and fruit??? :-)
