Each ingredient does have calories therefore adding too many ingredients can make the total calories for the blast too high for your intended purpose like weight loss or diabetes.
Too many ingredients can also mute the flavors in your recipes. Less can be more.
We would suggest at least 1 green, 1 vegetable, 2-3 fruits in moderation, and a liquid. The more greens you add, the more likely you are adding fiber but not too much sugar. When you add too much fruit, there is an increase in concentrated sugars that you may not want in your Blast.
