I have numerous food allergies and trying to avoid "powders". Any recipe recommendations that not only includes healthy fats but good whole food nutrition?

Morning blast consists of Spinach, Romaine lettuce, frozen mixed berries, banana, plain Greek yogurt and water. Also take flax seed oil supplements daily for Omega 3-6-9. Allergic to anything that lives under water. Looking for a good smoothie for lunch. Don't want "powders". Want foods in their natural form. I do like celery, carrots, cucumbers, onions, garlic, pineapple, peaches, pears, oranges, apples, grapes etc. Would love a smoothie recipe with some of these. ???

Because you have so many food allergies and we are unaware of all of them, we can recommend that you look for your favorite ingredients here:

We can always recommend using flax seeds, hemp seeds, or chia seeds for the healthy fats, fiber, and protein that you can't get from other foods.
