Do you have a plan I can follow for weight loss and to get started?
I was hoping that I would get something on here, like a breakfast, lunch, dinner type plan that I can follow for a period of time to lose these 60 lbs. Instead of feeling motivated, I'm just feeling overwhelmed left with nothing and nowhere to actually START. I'm a follower of diet plans. I need a plan ! - Day by day. I don't need variety... but I DO need a plan. I see the best blasts for weight loss, but they're not part of a plan. Help needed for the overwhelmed :(
