Because nuts and seeds are your main source of fats in the Blast, they are great to have but 1/4 of nuts can add up to 200 calories. If you are limiting the amount of nuts and seeds you are having you should not have to worry about the number of types. You can add about 1 Tablespoon of nuts and seeds.
Just to be clear, are you saying I can add a table spoon (not tea spoon) of each of the 3 nuts and seeds. I thought that would be too excessive?
