No. The sodium in milks (cow's and nuts) are low enough that you do not have to be overly concerned about unless you are drinking it in excess. Per 8 oz serving, hemp milk is one of the lowest however rice, soy, and almond milk are also low enough where it should not be a concern. It is not over 150mg/8 fl oz serving.
I have both Silk Almond unsweetened and Almond/Coconut and both have 160 sodium. Too much!!
