How much fruit do I put in a Blast?

If it is told one banana, one apple etc in recipes do you actually put all the fruit in it or just combine one cup of all the fruit, one to two cup of greens and water to the max?

The combination and amount is up to you depending on your needs. I suggest lower amounts of fruit so you don't spike your blood sugar and insulin levels. Try to stick to the template of half your cup filled with greens, then up to the max line with fruits and boosts then liquid to the max line. If you are trying to lose weight or have trouble balancing your blood sugar then stick to the lower sugar, lower glycemic fruits like berries, cherries, green apples, peaches, and avocado.
