The great thing about a NutriBlast is you can hardly taste the greens that are in them. When you combine leafy greens with fruits and various nuts/seeds/boosts the bitterness of any green is usually masked. I suggest starting off slow with about 1/2 cup greens then work your way up. I don't suggest an all fruit Blast as this will send your blood sugar soaring. You need to blunt the higher sugar with high fiber veggies and protein and healthy fats from nuts, seeds, nut butters, and even protein powders. Over time your taste buds will adapt and those greens you once couldn't tolerate soon won't be an issue at all.
