There's no one magic recipe that will make you lose weight or burn fat. Research shows the best combination is low sugar, higher protein along with some healthy fats. It looks like you have a great mixture of those in your Blast. My recommendation would be to use lower sugar fruits so maybe replacing the banana with some berries. Be sure you are using unsweetened liquids. If you stick to a calorie controlled (without having to count calories!), whole foods, mostly plant-based with lean protein eating plan then you are well on your way to weight loss and fat loss.
