Can we have a NutriBlast for dinner instead of lunch?

You can Blast any time that fits your schedule. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even twice a day as long as you include enough protein, healthy fats and calories to make it suitable for a meal replacement and to fit your health goals. Ex: If trying to lose weight shoot for 300-400 calories and about 20g protein per Blast. Protein powders are a great way to boost the amount of protein in a Blast without adding too many calories, carbs or additional fat.
