Hello! i've recently became a vegan, i want to know what you recommend to have a balanced diet?
I would like some guidance on how to stay healthy without eating any processed foods or meats. I have been eating fruits and vegetables for a week now, but I am feeling hungry too often throughout the day as well as tired. How can I have a well balanced diet and ensure that my body gets all the nutrients it needs from fruits, vegetables, and seeds?..basically anything that is raw!
