I have read that Nitric Oxide -NO is good for health, such as spinach, what are others?

Pretty much any dark leafy green, spinach, arugula (although this is quite potent in a Blast), kale, beets, watercress, cranberries, high antioxidant foods like berries and oranges have the ability to increase your nitric oxide production.
