Very confusing article by a popular pharmacist. Can you explain, '"The case against Kale"?

This info can absolutely be confusing, because now we are potentially demonizing healthy food. My belief is that if you are rotating the foods you eat, you are giving your body the opportunity to absorb different nutrients. Also, cooking food can change the nutrient make-up, decreasing the amount of goitrogens. Check out this video on rotating greens:
