I recently broke my leg. Is there any recipes that can improve the speed of healing.

I'm looking forward to healing properly. Any recipe suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your injury. We would recommend to have good nutrition that includes adequate vitamins and minerals that helps you access and metabolize your protein, carbohydrates and fats. Protein has been known to expedite the healing process. Of course, as we get older, it becomes harder but protein supplementation certainly helps.
