I did the assessment and it says I should 1 serving of each colour - is that per day or per shake?

If I am having one serving - how big is a serving of each colour group?

The assessment is referring to daily recommendations. One serving of fruit for the serving is 2 tbsp while vegetables is about 1/2 a cup to 1 cup.
