How much fruit should I add to my Blasts?

We have recipes that include 1/4 to 1 1/2 cup of fruit in a Blast. We recommend limiting the amount of fruit in a Blast recipe to limit the amount of concentrated sugars or using fruits that are lower in sugars like berries in conjunction with fruits that are high in sugars like pineapple and mangoes.
