I can not have chili, is there an ingredient I can substitute for the fat burning?

I have noticed you have chili in your fat burning superfood. I can not eat chili powder and was wondering if I could make mine at home with some of those same powders with out the chili in a blast?

No one food can help with fat burning. The key is to include a diet and exercise plan. A diet in high protein and fiber have shown to increase metabolism because it takes more energy to break down and metabolize these foods. For your liquids, you can use cooled brewed green tea that possess EGCG that has shown to also increase metabolism when 5-6 cups are consumed per day.
