How do I know which foods to put in completely whole?
I am new to NutriBullet &would like to start right away but I'm very unsure of which foods can be put in the NutriBullet completely whole. I did read the ones that cannot be put in whole such as apple seeds but I am afraid I will put in the wrong things. Also, I weigh 250lbs at 5'4" &would like to lose weight the right way. I have Metabolic Syndrome & PCOS. No prediabetes or high blood pressure. Any suggestions would be wonderful. Thank you.
