What are the serving sizes for the Six-Week Transformation Plan?

My husband and I are interested in doing the 6-week transformation plan to lose weight but we can't find anything about serving sizes. How should the servings be adjusted for a ~200 lb. man and a ~145 lb. woman?

The Six Week Transformation Plan is not intended to be a weight loss plan, however many people have lost weight by following it. The servings sizes are suggested on the pages that showcase the outline of the Meal Plan for each stage. These pages come just before the recipes and are broken up into stages 1, 2, and 3. (ex: Stage 1 Dinner would be 4 ounces protein OR 1.5 cups of a Vibrant Veggie Dinner plus 2 cups of the side dish of your choice.
I would start with the amounts indicated for both of you then assess your appetite and weight loss, then adjust depending on those observations with either more or less food.
